Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, nominees must:
- Be an employer with employees working within or connected to the Brampton community
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to employee development, engagement, and well-being
- Provide evidence of a positive workplace culture and employee experience
- Show leadership in inclusion, workplace innovation, or talent development
- Nominees must agree to attend the awards gala and participate in promotional activities if selected as finalists.
- Members of the Brampton Board of Trade Board of Directors (and their employees), staff, and participating partners are not eligible for nomination.
