Eligibility Requirements
To be considered, nominees must:
- Provide products or services directly to customers (B2C or client-facing businesses)
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service quality
- Provide evidence of consistent service delivery and positive customer outcomes
- Serve customers within the Brampton community
- Nominees must agree to attend the awards gala and participate in promotional activities if selected as finalists.
- Members of the Brampton Board of Trade Board of Directors (and their employees), staff, and participating partners are not eligible for nomination.
