Born in Skala, Messinia, Greece, Bill's early life was shaped by hard work and determination. From humble beginnings as a pastry assistant in Athens to navigating the challenges of immigrating to Canada, Bill has consistently seized opportunities and overcome obstacles with grit and resilience.

In 1972, Bill's entrepreneurial spirit found a home in Brampton. Opening Queens Pizzeria near Queen Street and Kennedy Road marked the start of a lifelong journey to build not only thriving businesses but also a stronger community. Over the years, Bill expanded his ventures in hospitality, developed city-wide relationships, and actively contributed to Brampton's growth through sponsorships, donations, and community initiatives.

Building Brampton's Future

By the late 1980s, Bill transitioned from the hospitality industry to real estate development. As a co-founding member of The Inzola Group, Bill played a pivotal role in shaping Brampton's landscape. The group's successful proposal for the original Brampton City Hall stands as a defining moment in the city's development. This milestone set the stage for numerous impactful projects that continue to enhance Brampton's infrastructure and community spaces.

With his family company, Kallo Developments, Bill has fostered a legacy of excellence. Joined by his sons, Tom and John, the company continues to evolve, delivering innovative projects that reflect Bill's vision for an elevated and vibrant Brampton.
