ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Nominee Consent: Ensure that the nominated business or organization is aware of and approves the nomination prior to submission.
  • Self-Nomination: Both businesses and community organizations are permitted to nominate themselves for consideration.
  • Operational Presence: Nominees must be companies or community organizations actively operating within the Brampton business community and/or have a direct impact on the city.
  • Logo Submission: Provide a high-resolution version of the organization's logo in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Business Tenure: Nominees should have been in operation for a minimum of two years as of the nomination date.
  • Compliance: Nominees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing businesses in Brampton.
  • Award History: Previous award recipients are eligible to be nominated again; however, they cannot be awarded in the same category more than once within a five-year period.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Nomination Form: Complete the official nomination form. Ensure all sections are filled out accurately and comprehensively.
  • Supporting Documentation: Attach any relevant documents that highlight the nominee's achievements, such as testimonials, case studies, or media coverage.
  • Submission Deadline: All nominations must be submitted by March 10, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
  • Contact Information: Provide current and accurate contact details for both the nominee and the nominator to facilitate communication during the evaluation process.

EVALUATION PROCESS

  • Judging Criteria: Nominations will be assessed based on criteria factors outlined for each award category.
  • Confidentiality: All nomination materials will be treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of award evaluation.
